We are not here to sell repairs at any cost. We will tell you when an appliance is better replaced, when a part is likely to be uneconomical, and when a simple reset or maintenance step may solve the issue without a visit.
If, after we've attended and diagnosed the fault, no repair goes ahead, a reduced diagnostic fee applies instead of the full service fee - see our pricing for the exact amounts.
